We contacted R3 Direct to repair our bathroom shower which had resisted our own efforts. The plumber arrived on time. He was very polite, quick and efficient. Although we had expected that at least part of the shower would have to be replaced, he was able to deal with the problem with having to resort to this.

R3 repaired the ceiling that had been damaged by a water leak in a small office. I used R3 because they had done more major work for the school where I volunteer. They are reliable and turn up when they say they will. The tradesmen are all skilled, work safely and are courteous and careful. R3 checked that the work is satisfactory before issuing an invoice.

Had a new toilet, shower unit & kitchen sink & taps installed. Workman got work done over two days & each day was only here for a couple of hours. Quick, efficient & friendly. Great customer service included for free!. Good quote price given & excepted. This company is definitely a trusted trader in our view, & will choose them again next time too.

I had a combination of lights fitted internally and externally. My wooden staircase had a step in disrepair which is now fixed along with two internal doors sanded down. A bathroom tap’s water flow was improved. Bathroom Lino was laid. I’m very happy with the works carried out and glad I went for this all-in-one traded service!
